Since 1900, only five major league players have hit at least 45 doubles and stolen at least 50 bases in the same season. Three of these guys are in the Hall of Fame:
Ty Cobb,
Tris Speaker, and
Lou Brock. Another is
Craig Biggio. The fifth guy is still playing. Who is he?

I heard this bit of trivia when SportsCenter did a segment about him on Sunday morning. Amazingly, this player actually actually accomplished the feat twice. First as a rookie in 2006, and then again in 2007.
The answer is Hanley Ramirez.
yeah I forget they green lighted him on the basepath more back then.
