It's actually <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_League_Baseball_all-time_managerial_wins" rel="nofollow">Charlie Manual</a>. If Cox goes ahead and retires as planned, then that would leave Manual as the active manager with the highest winning percentage.
